clinical counseling for teens + young adults

that negatively affect their lives + weigh heavy on them. My goal is to provide a place of rest where each client is safe and accepted, gently challenged, and empowered to take steps towards a more loving, fulfilling + free life. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support my clients, but I also see therapy as a relationship above all and believe that healing starts and ends in secure relationship that allows us to see our belovedness, face our brokenness, and become more of who we are meant to be. As a follower of Jesus, I refer to the Word of God as the ultimate authority + source of wisdom. Counseling/therapy with me often includes:
storytelling
exploring feelings + emotions
noticing + correcting automatic thoughts and assumptions
seeing how things connect
examining core beliefs
collaborating with parents (when working with minors)
getting to know yourself more fully
gently facing fears
+ learning new, better ways to live and love
I don’t want you to just survive. My goal is for you, your children + your family to be free and to flourish. I'd be honored to be part of your journey. If you are curious or feel led, please get in touch using the button below.
